Healthy Apple Crumble
Ingredients
3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbs melted coconut oil
1 organic honeycrisp apple
ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients (excluding the apple) in a bowl.
Thinly slice 3/4 of the apple and line along the bottom of baking pan, covering the entire pan.
Layer the crumble mix on top of the sliced apples.
Dice the other 1/4 of the apple and layer it on top of the crumble.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, let cool for another 10 minutes before serving.
