Blood Sugar Balance Bowl
Ingredients
1 serving greens (I prefer bitter greens such as arugula)
1 serving organic chicken (or protein of choice)
1 small chopped & roasted sweet potato
1/2 avocado
2 tbs sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries (with no added sugar)
Top with micro greens & 1/2 lemon squeeze
Drizzle of olive oil (or clean dressing of choice, I love Primal Kitchen)
& enjoy!
